women’s co. began as something I needed too

There was a time when I felt like I had to hold everything together. Business, life, motherhood, relationships, while quietly falling apart inside. I was navigating breast cancer, poor mental health, two young kids, and divorce, all while feeling deeply disconnected.

As I started opening up, I realised I wasn’t alone. So many women around me were doing the same, carrying it all, holding everyone else together, and quietly missing the connection that makes life feel full.

That realisation changed everything. I began creating spaces where women could be real. Where it wasn’t about titles or appearances, but stories, support, and shared experience. Those spaces changed me, and they changed the women who showed up.

women’s co. grew from those moments of honesty and connection. It’s proof of what happens when women stop doing life alone. Because when we find each other, everything expands.

I’ll handle a room full of people with ease, but one clown or spider? I’m out.

A good fiction book before bed is my non-negotiable ritual. It’s how I quiet my busy brain and drift off peacefully.

There isn’t a single day that goes by without a sing or dance moment, usually both.

I’m a mum to two incredible teens.

They mean the world to me and constantly teach (and test!) me in all the best ways. I’m also one of five siblings with eleven grandkids between us and family will always come first.
